Upgrid is growing, and we are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help launch a battery-only energy program for homeowners with existing solar systems across Texas.
In this role, you’ll work directly with homeowners to upgrade their energy systems with battery backup , improving energy independence, reliability, and efficiency.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales opportunity designed for both experienced closers and driven individuals new to sales who want to learn quickly and earn based on performance.
100% commission (1099 independent contractor)

3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation

Knock doors and engage homeowners daily
Identify homes with existing solar systems

Submit contracts and track your production
Work within a team environment focused on volume and consistency

No experience required — we train motivated individuals
Sales experience is a plus (D2D, solar, alarms, roofing, etc.)
