Job Requirements
8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis within enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud for optimizing lead-to-cash and sales representative workflows.
Experience with Salesforce platform administration and configuration to support business-critical initiatives.
Experience with Marketing Cloud ecosystems including data extensions, customer journeys, and BI integration.
Experience with basic SQL for reading and validating records across disparate data repositories.
Experience in leading technical requirements gathering sessions and authoring functional documentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for facilitating cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery sessions to define functional requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud projects.
Architect detailed user stories and technical documentation for CRM and Marketing Cloud workstreams.
Execute technical backlog grooming sessions in partnership with software engineering and business teams.
Utilize SQL to perform data validation and ensure record integrity across integrated enterprise platforms.
Design technical specifications for Marketing Cloud data extensions and automated customer journeys.
Coordinate system integration requirements between Salesforce, Genesys, and proprietary .NET applications.
Orchestrate end-to-end project lifecycles for new CRM features and ongoing production support tasks.
