Job Description

Salary: $104,000 - 144,000 per year Requirements:

• 7+ years of business analyst experience with enterprise CRM, customer engagement, or digital marketing platforms
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, marketing operations, and CRM processes
• Experience gathering requirements, modeling business processes, managing stakeholders, and working with Agile delivery methodologies
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, technical, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work onsite in Dearborn, Michigan, as required by the project
• Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Preferred: Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), personalization, analytics, and omnichannel marketing
• Preferred: Experience with automotive retail processes, customer lifecycle management, dealer ecosystems, and marketing operations
• Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or technology modernization initiatives
• Preferred: Experience with customer data in automotive, retail, dealer, or related business ecosystems

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technology partners
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions covering customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution
• Define functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud implementations
• Analyze customer, vehicle, dealer, and retail data to support targeted campaigns and customer lifecycle initiatives
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout solution delivery
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, training, and production rollout
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, personalization, and marketing effectiveness
• Support data-driven work involving customer segmentation, campaign management, and omnichannel engagement
• Maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, workflows, and solution decisions
