Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth running of the office environment.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor financial expenditures.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Supervise administrative staff and provide training and mentorship.
• Handle correspondence, inquiries, and customer service issues effectively.
• Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are properly archived.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required for upper management.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4-5 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Knowledge of project management software.
