This role supports a busy manufacturing operation by assisting with production tasks and operating machines on a structured first-shift schedule. You will work with hand and power tools, read basic blueprints, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, accurately, and on time in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
ResponsibilitiesYou will join a small, family-oriented manufacturing organization where teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic are highly valued. The environment encourages employees to take initiative, seek additional responsibilities, and grow their skills across different production tasks. You can expect a supportive culture where colleagues help each other, leadership remains accessible, and your contributions have a visible impact on daily operations.
Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a manufacturing environment within a small, family-oriented organization of approximately 60 full-time employees. The standard schedule follows a first-shift structure: Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. You will work around production machinery, hand tools, power tools, and welding operations, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork. The dress code requires jeans, a T-shirt, and steel-toed boots, along with mandatory personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and ear plugs, which are supplied on-site.
