Practice medicine in one of Northern California's most picturesque and welcoming communities—where rolling vineyards, bucolic hills, and a close-knit town atmosphere create an exceptional backdrop for both life and work.
MarinHealth is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our growing presence in Sonoma, a community known for its natural beauty, slower pace, and strong sense of connection. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful practice while becoming a trusted provider in a region that values relationships, continuity, and high-quality care.
The salary range for this position is $315,000 - $350,000. The final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experiences and patient care schedules. Additional pay may be determined for candidates that exceed specific qualifications and requirements.
Sonoma offers a lifestyle that is difficult to replicate—defined by vineyard-lined roads, open space, and a true sense of community. Patients here value time, connection, and thoughtful care. The region blends rural charm with refined amenities, including world-class dining, local markets, outdoor recreation, and cultural events centered around the historic Sonoma Plaza.
It's a place where physicians can slow down, build lasting relationships with patients, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced.
Whether you are early in your career or looking for a more meaningful pace of practice, Sonoma offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact—both professionally and personally.
