e-Careers will provide you with the training to help you gain a CIPD qualification, then introduce you to a host company that will offer you a guaranteed remote internship placement. If successful, the host company may offer you a full-time paid role in Human Resources .

Requirements

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You should:

• No previous HR qualifications or experience required
• A good grasp of English is essential
• Strong communication skills and an interest in working with people
• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively
