Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Sort and categorize documents according to established guidelines
• Scan and digitize paper files for electronic storage
• Retrieve files as needed for various departments
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all files
• Assist with document retrieval and archiving
• Perform data entry tasks as required
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Experience with remote work preferred
