Lonnie's and Inga's are busy neighborhood joints in Boerum Hill and Brooklyn Heights. We're having fun and serving a seasonal, often-changing, well-sourced menu paired with natural wine and fantastic cocktails. Our top priority is taking care of a stellar staff in an employee-focused, healthy environment. This role is a perfect fit for a working sous chef who has experience on expo, someone thrilled by the challenges of a busy service who can inspire others to lean in, and a scratch cook passionate about simple food done extremely well.
