Help Build and Expand a Major Telecom Initiative Across Arizona

Front Page Agency Inc. is expanding its Arizona operations and is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Project Managers .

\n

This position supports customer acquisition and market expansion initiatives connected to the evolving Cox and Spectrum telecommunications landscape in Arizona . Our objective is to build a high-performing team capable of acquiring new customers, developing new territories, and ultimately overseeing sales operations as the market expands.

\n

This is not a traditional desk-based project management position . Candidates begin by learning the project from the ground up through hands-on sales, customer acquisition, and territory development before progressing into leadership and project oversight responsibilities.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

During the initial development phase, you will:

\n

\n
• Represent telecommunications products and services directly to prospective customers
\n
• Drive new customer acquisition through face-to-face sales
\n
• Educate customers on available internet and telecom solutions
\n
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
\n
• Develop assigned territories and support Arizona market expansion
\n
• Track customer acquisition activity and individual performance
\n
• Learn campaign objectives, sales processes, and operational standards
\n
• Participate in daily coaching and leadership development
\n
• Work alongside experienced leaders to understand the complete customer acquisition process
\n

As you progress, responsibilities may expand to include:

• Training and developing new sales representatives
\n
• Leading small customer acquisition teams
\n
• Monitoring team performance and sales targets
\n
• Assisting with territory planning and market development
\n
• Coordinating campaign execution
\n
• Identifying opportunities for expansion into additional Arizona markets
\n
• Supporting recruiting, training, and team development
\n
• Overseeing portions of the sales project and reporting performance to leadership
