Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and productive workspace? We are seeking a full-time Custodian to manage the cleaning and trash removal for our corporate facility and warehouse.
This is an excellent direct hire opportunity on the first shift in Kenosha, WI, offering a stable environment and full benefits!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- General Cleaning: Perform daily labor tasks including sweeping, dusting, cleaning, and stocking essential supplies.
- Facility Upkeep: Clean and maintain restrooms and employee locker room areas.
- Waste Management: Efficiently process trash and recycling removal across all areas of the facility.
- Workspace & Event Support: Clean up and set up employee workspaces, and assist with corporate meeting setup and teardown.
- Operational Tasks: Operate specialized janitorial equipment and track all completed work through a computer-based work order system.
- Team Assistance: Provide general support to grounds maintenance and café services as needed.
- Vendor Escort: Safely escort external vendors throughout the facility as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related custodial or environmental services experience.
- Attendance: Must have a proven track record of regular and reliable attendance.
- Environment: Fully on-site position; in-office/on-site work is required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Lifting Ability: Frequently required to lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 70 lbs. (60–90% of the shift) .
- Physical Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach with hands and arms throughout the workday.
- Workspace Conditions: Ability to work in a corporate office setting as well as a warehouse environment that may be impacted by seasonal weather conditions (heat, humidity, and cold) and high noise levels.
- Machinery Proximity: Comfort working in close proximity to standard warehouse equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the cleaning and trash removal of the facility and warehouse by performing the
following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs general labor tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies.
Cleans restrooms and locker room areas.
Performs set up and cleanup of employee workspaces.
Processes trash removal for all areas.
Assists with meeting set up and tear down.
Performs escort of external vendors as assigned.
Tracks work through computer-based work order system.
Operates janitorial equipment as assigned.
Assists ground maintenance and café services as needed.
Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of
the activities enumerated above.
The essential functions of this role include:
