Position: Busser / Food Runner / Barback 
Location: Gansevoort Meatpacking, New York, NY

Position Summary:
We are hiring for Busser, Food Runner, and Barback roles. These positions are essential to maintaining smooth service operations by supporting servers and bartenders, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely service for our guests.

Schedule Requirements:

• Availability for weekends is required
• Ability to work late-night shifts
• Flexible availability based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and service stations
• Clear and reset tables efficiently (Busser)
• Deliver food orders accurately and promptly from kitchen to guests (Food Runner)
• Restock bar supplies, glassware, and assist bartenders (Barback)
• Support servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service
• Maintain proper stock levels of supplies, including ice, glassware, and service items
• Uphold sanitation and cleanliness standards at all times
• Contribute to a smooth flow of service in a high-volume environment

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and carry items as needed (particularly for Barback role)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
