Job Description

Salary: $81,500 - 108,600 per year Requirements:

• We expect a bachelors degree.
• We prefer a business analysis-related certification.
• We require at least 3 years of direct business analysis experience.
• We prefer 5 or more years of experience in technology-related fields and the industry.
• We prefer experience in biopharma and Salesforce.

• We act as a subject matter expert and champion for customers and internal stakeholders, helping our product team deliver strong digital experiences, especially for patient support programs.
• We partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather, document, and convert business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• We assess existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement, automation, and better alignment with strategic priorities.
• We support the product backlog by refining and prioritizing features based on business value, stakeholder input, and customer insights, while helping development teams stay unblocked.
• We lead and contribute to agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• We perform gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed changes or new features, and help define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance.
• We ensure business objectives and technical solutions stay aligned throughout the product lifecycle and validate that delivered features meet requirements.
• We maintain detailed documentation, preserve requirement traceability, and support change management and training to drive adoption of new solutions.
• We use qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform product decisions and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal policies.
• We promote continuous improvement in operational processes and help sustain a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive work environment aligned with our LeadRx culture.
