Start your new career as a Bloc Thrower with MAU at Michelin in Sandy Springs, SC. As a Bloc Thrower, you will support rubber manufacturing operations by handling, preparing, transporting, and staging rubber materials while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

• First shift schedule
• 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

• Previous manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
• Ability to climb stairs frequently and work in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and production schedules
• Ability to work around moving machinery and production equipment
• Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Unload, stage, and introduce rubber bloc materials into production mills
• Cut and prepare rubber recoup materials according to weight specifications and production schedules
• Inspect materials for contamination, verify mix identification, and ensure quality standards are met
• Weigh and palletize materials according to established procedures
• Monitor production screens and respond to alarms as needed
• Support material flow operations to meet production requirements
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
